If you have the ability to donate 6-7 year old PC's or laptops in the texas area please read. Reglue is a great operation and Ken Starks literally lives for this. Getting PC's and internet access into homes of children who would otherwise not have the means.

What is the difference between our brain and those of other animals, except quantity of the different functions? Not as much as we would like to think, perhaps? But the two pointed out here may explain it all.
"Episodic recall" and an open-ended language seem to be the two differentiators. The building blocks for telling and perceiving a story. And when you think about it, storytelling has been an important part of every human civilization.
