Jeg foreslår at vi oppretter et område for trening av n00bs i bergen også. Det virker som om det var et populært tiltak i oslo.
Regler:
- Høyst level 2 resonatorer.
- Forbudt å oppgradere og recharge.
- Linking og felter kan man selvfølgelig kjøre på med :)
Det er selvsagt lov for alle å 'leke' der uansett nivå. Bare ikke bryt reglene.
Foreslått område: Byparken rundt Lille Lungegårdsvann, avgrenset av gatene Rasmus Meyers allé, Christies gate, Kaigaten og Strømgaten.
Jeg har forresten lagt inn forslag til fiksing av navn, bilde, etc på en god del portaler i det området. Også et par nye.
SvarSlettI have been considering it too, and am awaiting feedback from the other Enlightened. Oslo had one but the Resistance broke the agreement and captured it. Before putting this into effect, we would need some means of enforcement. If violated, I could wipe it out and reset, but that is not really a penalty. And there is no way to control visitors that don't know the rules.

Anything currently over L2 we would allow to decay or you may attack.
We want the game to be fun for everyone. But this is not my decision to make alone. I will get back to you.
It will make the game much more fun for the beginners. :-) Especially now that the supply of bursters is so much lower than when I started.
SvarSlettI fully support it, but I see lots of ways for it to fail (like it does in most cities). There is no way to tell visitors that these 10 portals are our "barnehagen".
SvarSlettNot unless we apply for name change. A universal name postfix that tells all ingressers that it is a kindergarten. "Varg Veum (KG)". That would have to be lifted higher up and gain universal acceptance.

This looks like a nice set of portals, and enough distance to keep players active.
No. I am still in discussion with the other Enlightened agents and are close to a final decision. We will be expanding it to all portals betweeen Fisketorget, Nationalteatre, and festplassen. I hope to have a formal agreement to you later today.

I will have to discuss it with them, but i think they are all eager to get access to a training field.
SvarSlettThe only question relates to enforceability of the treaty. I guess we will only have to try, and keep informing people. How soon is it practical to make the treaty a reality? We could then discuss after 2 weeks and see if adjustments are needed. It isn't exactly cast in stone. :-)
